Delete Your Electapros Account
You can permanently delete your account and all associated personal data. This action is irreversible. Choose any of the methods below.
Via Mobile App
Delete from the App

Open the Electapros app on your phone

Go to Account → Settings

Tap "Delete Account"

Enter your password and confirm
Via Website
Delete from the Website

Go to electapros.in and log in
- 2
Click on Account → Profile
- 3
Open the Security tab
- 4
Click "Delete Account" button

Can't access your account? Email us
Send a deletion request to support@electapros.com with the following details:
Subject: Account Deletion Request
Include:
- Registered email address
- Registered phone number
- Reason (optional)
Email requests are processed within 7 working days.
Permanently deleted
- ✕Your profile (name, email, phone, photo)
- ✕Saved addresses
- ✕Wishlist and cart items
- ✕Reviews and ratings
- ✕Coupon history
- ✕All login sessions and tokens
Retained for legal compliance
- !Invoice and billing records (required by tax law)
- !Completed order history (fraud prevention)
- !Data required for ongoing legal disputes
